Cookie Policy

DRAFT — Carroll Law is finalising this page. The version below is provisional and pending legal review. For any specific concern today, email office@carrolllaw.eu.

Effective date: 6 November 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which our website uses, why, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Some are essential and cannot be disabled; others are optional and set only after you consent through the cookie banner.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

Security and consent-record cookies set by our host (for example CSRF protection on form submissions, rate-limiting, and a record of your consent choices so we don’t ask again on every page). These are required for the site to function.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits anonymously. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Marketing / advertising

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or cookie-setting social widgets.

3. How to control cookies

Through our cookie banner (change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer) or through your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break parts of the site.

4. Changes & contact

We update this policy whenever the site adds or removes a cookie-setting tool. Questions: office@carrolllaw.eu.

Wherever you are

Tell us what’s happened — and we’ll tell you exactly what it takes, and exactly what it costs.

No obligation, and nothing to pay to find out where you stand. A lawyer reads every enquiry personally and replies, usually within one working day. And don’t worry if you don’t have all the paperwork or details yet — most people don’t at this stage. Tell us what you know, and we’ll help you find the rest.
